The Blackpool Gold Action Group is democratic and inclusive; it is run independently by people, for older people, and all members are volunteers. In the Blackpool Gold Action Group we decide our own agenda, share information and raise issues that concern us. As well as campaigning, we will have social activities, run trips and hold open meetings: socialising, meeting new people and keeping in touch with local news. We deal with four main areas which are Social Issues and Activities; Health and Wellbeing; Road and Transport; Police and Crime.
